Snickerdoodles

1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Shortening
2 Eggs
2 t Cream of Tartar
1 t Baking Soda
1/4 t Salt
2 3/4 c Flour

Cream together sugar and shortening, then add eggs. Add dry ingredients. Roll dough into 1 1/2 in balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes
