Texas Sheet Cake Brownies

2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
Place above ingredients in mixing bowl.
In pan bring following ingredients to a boil:
1 c Butter
4 T Cocoa
1 C Water
Add boiling mixture to mixing bowl and mix together.
Then add remaining ingredients:
2 Beaten Eggs
1 t Soda
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 t Vanilla
Mix well and pour in large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool then frost.
Frosting
3 T Cocoa
1/2 c Butter
6 T Milk
1 lb Powdered Sugar
1 t Vanilla
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and pour in bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until well blended, frost.

MM MM Yummy Baked Beans

3 large cans Pork and Beans in Tomato Sauce (take out pieces of fat)
1 lb Bacon
1/2 bottle Ketchup
2 T Mustard
1 c Brown Sugar
1 t Honey
1 onion
1/2 c Barbeque Sauce (preferably a brown sugar flavor)
Garlic Powder
Onion Salt

Mix all ingredients together-add seasonings to taste. Place in 9x13 pan and cover w/slices of bacon. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Then turn oven to broil and cook unti bacon is done.

6 Layer Brownies

1 box (1 lb 6.5 oz) Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix
1/3 c Butter melted
1 Egg
1 c Coconut
1 c Toffee Bits
1 c Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c Pecans
1 can 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

Stir mix, chocolate syrup, butter and egg until well blended. Press into 9x13 pan and Bake at 350 for 10 min. Top with coconut, toffee bits, chocolate chips, pecans. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top. Bake another 40-45 minutes until edges are bubbly and center is set. Cool 2 hours and serve.

Snickerdoodles

1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Shortening
2 Eggs
2 t Cream of Tartar
1 t Baking Soda
1/4 t Salt
2 3/4 c Flour

Cream together sugar and shortening, then add eggs. Add dry ingredients. Roll dough into 1 1/2 in balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 11 minutes

Mom's Famous Sugar Cookies

2/3 c Shortening
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 t Vanilla
1 Egg
2 c Flour
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
3 T Milk

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and beat together, then add milk. Add dry ingredients. Chill dough for at least 3 hours. Roll out and cut, Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Frosting:
1 t Vanilla
2 T Evaporated Milk
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Softened Butter
4 c Powdered Sugar

Beat at medium speed. DO NOT over whip or use high mixing speed.

Banana Bread A La Betty Crocker

1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Bananas (3-4)
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 t Vanilla
2 1/2 c Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt

Mix sugar and butter, then add eggs until well blended. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat until smooth, then add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees...8 inch pan for 1 hr...9 inch pan for 1 1/4 hour.

Pizza Crust

2 T Yeast
2 c warm water
2 T Sugar or Honey
1 t Salt
5 1/3 c flour

Mix all ingredients together and knead. Let rise 3-5 minutes. Roll on 3 cookie sheets and let rise another 5-10 minutes. Bake at 425 for 10 min. Add toppings and cook until cheese is melted 5-10 more minutes.

Mommy's Lasagna

9 Extra large Lasagna Noodles
1 Small Onion
1 1/2 lb Hamburger
1 Large can Spaghetti Sauce
Smashed Garlic
Paprika/Oregeno/Parsley
2-3 C Grated Cheese
16 oz Cottage Cheese

Boil Lasagna noodles in salt water for 20 minutes. Saute onion and hamburger. Garlic pan (spread smashed garlic all around bottom and sides of pan). Place a layer of noodles in pan, then add half of the meat mixture, sprinkle with Oregeno and add 1/2 the grated cheese and 1/3 the Spaghetti sauce. Place another layer of noodles, add cottage cheese and another 1/3 Spaghetti sauce. Last layer of noodles, meat, sauce and grated cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, parsley and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Delicious S'mores

1 1 lb 1.5 oz Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 C Melted butter
3 C Milk Chocolate Chips
4 1/2 C Miniature Marshmallows

In large bowl stir cookie mix w/graham cracker crumbs, then stir in melted butter until soft dough forms. Press into ungreased 9 X 13 in pan. Bake 18-20 minutes at 375 or until set. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Let stand 3-5 minutes or until chips begin to melt. Spread chocolate evenly over crust. Set oven to Broil. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly. Broil with top 4-5 inches from heat 20-30 seconds or until marshmallows are toasted. Cool 10 minutes, and serve warm

Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
4 Cups Flour
4 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Cubes of Butter
2/4 Cup Cocoa

Directions:
Combine Ingredients, and mix. Pour into a large cookie sheet with edge.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 Minutes.

Patrice's Delectable Parmesan Chicken

4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/3 C Parmesan Cheese
2/3 C Peppridge Farm Stuffing Mix (Blue)
1/2 C Melted Butter or Margarine

Crumble up stuffing mix and add in parmesan cheese, mix together. Dip each chicken piece in melted butter than both sides into stuffing mixture. Place in 9 X 9 pan, cover w/tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (I like to take tin foil off for last 15 min to make a little crunchy)

Pork Chops A La Grandma Chat

1 lb Boneless Skinless Pork Chops
1 small can Chicken w/Rice Soup
1-2 Cups Flour
Approx 1 Cup Mustard
Salt and Pepper

Salt and pepper Pork Chops and cover completely in mustard, dip in flour-all on both sides. Brown chops in frying pan w/oil, then place in 9X13 pan. Pour soup plus one can of water evenly over chops. Cover w/tinfoil and Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

P.S. The gravy from this is absolutely delicious on mashed potatoes!

Shepherds Pie

Ingredients:
1. 1 Lb Ground Beef
2. 1 Can Green Beans
3. 1 Sml Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4. 1 Sml Onion
5. 1 Cup Sour Cream
6. 1 TBS Soy Sauce or Warchester Sauce
7. 3 Cups Mashed Potatoes
8. 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar

Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion, drain.
Add beans and corn.
Sprinkle Soy Sauce.
Pour into 9x9 pan.
Combine soup and sour cream, layer on top.
Layer mashed potatoes.
Layer cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 Mins.

Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 Slices of Bacon
1 Med Onion, chopped
2 Lb bag of frozen Hash Browns (diced or shredded)
2 Sml cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Pint light Sour Cream
2 Cups grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Cornflakes, crushed
2 Tbls melted Butter
Directions:
1- Brown and crumble bacon, add onion and saute' over medium heat
2- Remove from heat and mix in all ingredients except cornflakes and butter
3- Spread in 9x13 pan
4- Top with cornflakes mixed with melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
