19 Oz Can Green/Red Enchilada sauce
1 Pint Light Sour Cream
1 Pint Light Sour Cream
4 Oz Can Green Chile
1 1/2 Lbs Grilled/boiled chicken breast strips
1 1/2 Lbs Grilled/boiled chicken breast strips
2 Cups Grated Cheddar
12 Flour Tortillas
Cook and separate chicken. Combine enchilada sauce, sour cream, and chili in a mixing bowl.
In each tortilla add a 1/12 portion of chicken and cheese, and several tablespoons of the sauce combination. Then place each one in a greased 9x11 baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over the top of rolled tortillas.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 Min's.
Makes 12 servings.
